Job Summary | Responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting and financial planning activities related to Real Estate Managed Properties, Research Park, and University/Hospital leases. This includes compliance, budgeting, reporting, and supervision of accounting team to ensure adherence to GAAP and institutional standards.

Responsibilities | Accounting & Compliance Oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and manage reporting requirements. Lease & Property Management Coordinate lease administration and property-related financial obligations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Construction & Capital Projects Support financial oversight for construction and capital projects, including budgeting and asset management. Budgeting & Forecasting Develop and review budgets, monitor financial performance, prepare reports for leadership, forecast future needs. Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage accounting teams, including hiring, performance evaluations, and process oversight. Additional Responsibilities Monitor expenditures, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Manager, Accounting Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
