Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field with substantial HR experience.
Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, PWFA, Workers' Compensation, and employment law required.
Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of direct ADA/leave administration experience and HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, ADA).
Position offers salaried exempt status, benefits eligibility, and reports to the Director of Employee and Labor Relations.
