Join the Jindal School of Management (JSOM) and help shape the student experience! As a key member of our Undergraduate Programs team, the Administrative Project Coordinator works closely with the Director of Professional Development and the Director of Undergraduate Research to support the success of our undergraduate programs.

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and project support across a variety of initiatives, from coordinating impactful events and designing engaging marketing materials to managing budgets and streamlining program operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives on organizing projects, building connections, and making a meaningful impact in a vibrant academic environment.
Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and three years of administrative experience, experience related to the project area or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications  | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Process purchasing requests and reimbursements in a timely manner. Provide administrative support and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Additional Information  | Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
