Administrative Assistant Full Description

Overview of Administrative Assistant
The Computer and Information Technology & Graphics Department at Purdue University Northwest is seeking an Administrative Assistant.  The position will be responsible for handling all day to day administrative support functions for the Center for Cybersecurity. This individual will work independently to administer and provide specialized support.
 
  •  Typically 8am – 5pm with occasional evening/weekend work; will flex work schedule to accommodate
 
This position is grant-funded and continued employment is contingent upon ongoing funding availability. 

Duties and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
  • Assist in grant proposal preparation and submission
  • Assist in reporting and marketing
  • Manage grant budgets, pay invoices, coordinate travel, and perform temp and student hiring

Education of Administrative Assistant
