Description of Work | The Administrative Associate provides research proposal management, project, and administrative support primarily for the Vice Provost and, in some instances, for other administrators and staff in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost.
The person in this position reports to the Executive Assistant to the Provost.

Minimum Required Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with four years of responsible administrative support experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, and Zoom video conferencing. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be acquired may be considered.Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience with web-based research administration software/ tools. Experience with maintaining databases and spreadsheets. Experience booking travel arrangements, calendaring, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.
