If you answered yes to these questions and have the qualifications required, you may make you an ideal candidate for an Administrative Coordinator on our Administrative Resources Team. An Administrative Coordinator for the Sales managers provides support by being an event coordinator, contract and invoice processer, and more.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative and project support to assigned managers; serve as part of the administrative resources team.
- Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Provide financial and expense processing support for assigned region.
- Provide on-board and off-board processing for employees in assigned region.
- Proactively compile and analyze data from department leaders to develop monthly and ad hoc reports.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all internal and external customers while maintaining confidentiality.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- Seasoned professional with at least five years of experience providing administrative, project support, and event coordination.
- Excellent business writing and grammar skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and capable of shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and in a team environment.

The pay range for this position is between $47,700 - $55,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided depending on the position offered. Click
