Position Description:  | Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in providing a high level of customer service to all college populations by offering information, instruction and assistance with regards to all student services including College policies and procedures. Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail while being able to provide face-to-face, telephone Zoom meeting and email assistance to students and their families. Assist in disseminating information to new, readmitting, international and health and 2nd tier students regarding the admission and readmission procedures. Assist with the processing of all new and readmitting student applications and relevant documents. Assist with the evaluation and processing multiple documents based on validity with regards to residency, immigration status, dual enrollment status, prior college status, second tier admissions status etc. Assist the Welcome Center in a second-tier capacity, as needed, with all admissions related procedures. Interact daily with students, providing instruction on Enrollment Services including admission, readmission, residency, assessment testing, orientation, exception to testing, hold information etc. Assist with application processing utilizing the Target X application, Axiom and Banner. Analyze, audit and troubleshoot various admission related processes. Keep personal information submitted by students confidential and secure per FERPA guidelines. Regular attendance on campus is required for this position. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Admissions.

Hours/Schedule:
This is a part time position that will not exceed 20 hours per week. The schedule may include mornings and afternoons between 8am and 7pm Monday – Friday and some Saturdays, depending on the needs of the office

Minimum Qualifications:  | Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school graduate or GED equivalent plus College level course work. Excellent customer service/telephone skills. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills to deal effectively with various college and community publics. Experience working with computerized data entry, internet browsers and web searches with strong attention to detail. Ability to work mornings and afternoons between 8am and 7pm and some Saturdays.
