Administrative Coordinator and Slate Captain provides administrative support for VC of enrollment management including managing calendars, budget reconciliation, purchasing, assisting with special events and management of Slate CRM.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience  | Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 2 or more years of job related experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials  |


Preferred Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of job related experience. Prefer experience in higher education office environment and experience with Slate CRM.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  | A successful background check is required. Customer service skills, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well with others are mandatory. Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excel knowledge and skill at intermediate to power user level. Excellent computer and data entry skills are required. Meet deadlines; accuracy; effective use of resources including job aid or procedures. Considerable knowledge in office procedures; high level of organization. Must be able to follow directions and learn new responsibilities often.

Job Duty  | Maintain, monitor, and reconcile budget accounts assigned to VC of enrollment services by using accounting software programs adopted by the USC system. Maintain monthly spreadsheet to show expenditures and budget status of 3.1 million dollar budget. Ensure each budget within the division is balanced and not overspent. Careful attention to all expenditures and reallocation as needed to balance.
