About the Role
The Administrative Production Assistant partners with the Studio Team to support the delivery of high-quality health education video content. This role focuses primarily on production administration, including script management, document organization, database maintenance, and supporting cross-functional studio operations. The position works closely with the Head of Content and teams across the studio to ensure content assets, documentation, and workflows remain accurate, organized, and accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Conform scripts after video releases
  • Create and manage task manager (currently Asana) tasks for ongoing video projects
  • Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks
  • Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff
  • Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents
  • Update databases as needed
  • Partner with the Client Services team to send review script sets to clients
  • Create or update TOCs, draft video release communications, maintain digital asset systems, support studio requests, and submit award nominations

Requirements
  • Experience supporting the administrative side of video production or relevant education background in Film Production or related field of study
  • Knowledge of film/video production and content creation workflows
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
  • Familiarity with Dropbox; experience or familiarity with Adobe DAM is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with healthcare, medical, or patient education content experience considered a plus

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $38,600 - $64,400.
