Job Summary |
The Department of Animal & Food Sciences in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to join our team the department HR Administrator.
The person in this position must exhibit leadership, goodjudgement, initiative, efficiency, business knowledge, be team oriented,maintain emotional intelligence, provide support to the department byproviding a full range of Human Resource support, including running payroll,posting positions, preparing offer letters, on-boarding and off-boarding,supporting Chair and Business Officer, providing oversight as well assupport, maintaining records, other activities as needed. Responsible for Payroll,administration of departmental Human Resource activities, Business Office management support, and have A/P and A/R experience.
