JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Undergraduate Admissions Office (UAO) is seeking candidates for administrative support assistant positions on the Admissions Services and Evaluation Team. Positions are available for 30-40 hours per week, depending on office needs and employee preference.
The UAO offers flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with in-office and remote options.
Duties include the data processing of high school records, project-based work, and additional data entry where computer skills and accuracy are essential.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applications will be reviewed until positions are filled.
 
BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
