Job Summary  | The Department of Marketing and Supply Chain in the Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate II to support the department’s operations, faculty, students, and events. This role provides high-level administrative coordination and serves as a key liaison between the department, the college’s event and communication teams, and external stakeholders. The position manages student workers and teaching assistants, supports departmental logistics and communications, and oversees the Behavioral Research Lab as part of the department’s administrative leadership portfolio.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic setting; and a commitment to excellent customer service and professional conduct consistent with the Gatton College’s values of competence, respect, flexibility, communication, and learning.
