Job Summary | The
Athletics Payroll Support Associate will
process payroll and will
provide administrative payroll guidance and support for the Athletics department.
Duties include but are not limited to the following: monitor time entry postings for employees in SAP ensure employees are paid correctly and in a timely manner prepare and send notifications while adhering to established payroll deadlines process payroll actions for UK Athletics to ensure all policies and procedures are followed review information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies assist with the hiring of part-time and student positions assist as backup for Talent Manager in posting full-time positions post camp and part-time positions through Integrated Employment System (IES) daily monitoring of pre-employment screening for camp workers & coordinate hiring of camp workers.
Must be able to comply with all SEC, University and NCAA rules and regulations.
