The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.HDI is seeking a
1915i Assessment Coordinator position. This position is through a contract within DBHDID and will work on the 1915i Recovery Independence Support Engagement (RISE) initiative.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee the Functional Assessment Tool process; ensure assessments are completed accurately and on time Provide leadership to maintain program fidelity Supervise 1915i Assessor team; Manage scheduling and travel; Train and mentor assessors and case managers Develop and participate in required trainings and ongoing skill development.
