POSITION SPECIFICS
The College of Engineering Dean's Office is looking for a collaborative, organized, and proactive Administrative Support Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting the college's executive leadership, overseeing administrative processes, and guiding a team of support staff. The person in this role will work closely with the Associate Dean for Faculty and the Assistant Dean for Operations, providing high-level administrative coordination for a wide range of projects and initiatives across the college.

We're looking for someone who leads with professionalism and discretion, can anticipate needs before they arise, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities often shift.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative operations for the Offices of the Associate Dean for Faculty and the Assistant Dean for Operations
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating agendas
  • Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain files, records, and databases with attention to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Serve as a primary liaison to Finance HUBs for budgetary, reporting, and financial transactions as needed
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
  • Supervise and support department/unit administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
