About the Position:
As the administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Learning and Development department with training programs to upskill professionals, ensuring training meets program objectives and participant needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional program coordination skills, great attention to detail and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring smooth functionality and seamless user experience.
  • Upload, assign, and maintain training courses and content within the LMS.
  • Administer user accounts, including creating, updating, and managing permissions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users experiencing issues with the LMS platform.
  • Design and generate custom reports and data sets to track training progress, completion rates, and overall learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management teams to gather feedback on training effectiveness, identify training needs, and understand business objectives.
  • Analyze collected data to assist the Learning and Development (L&D) team in evaluating and enhancing training programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of LMS best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve system functionality and training delivery.

Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing an LMS in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and creating custom data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze training data.
  • Familiarity with learning and development principles and practices is a plus.
