Job Summary 
The Admissions Counselor position in the Admissions Office is responsible for a wide range of recruitment activities targeted at the traditional student market including market analysis; establishment of recruitment goals; managing relationships with students, parents, and guidance counselors; transcript/test score evaluation; and verbal and non/verbal communications.

Minimum Qualifications 
1. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
2. Must be able to meet and maintain commercial auto insurance eligibility requirements
3. Must have transportation and current driver’s license
4. Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
5. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base

Preferred Qualifications  | 1. Higher Ed Recruiting Experience
Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?  | Driving is a primary responsibility
Work Hours  | -Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm to include evenings and weekends as necessary
-Hours will vary based on student need and events
-Extensive travel by automobile will be required
List any hazardous conditions or physical demands required by this position  | - frequently lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
