Job Summary
Serve approximately 2500 applicants yearly for designated graduate programs. Evaluate academic credentials for admission. Act as resource to departments to authenticate the accreditation of institutions and provide GPA calculations.

Formalize department decisions by sending notifications from the application system. Provide continued support to ensure students’ matriculation. Collect all official documents to satisfy the conditional admission requirement as part of post admission processes.

Represent the Graduate School for recruitment events and application procedures sessions. Support the development of communication plans for assigned academic programs. Maintain inventory of admissions /academic requirements for designated programs.

Advise applicants regarding program information and application process prior to admission. Provide direction during the registration and enrollment cycles (post admission). Guide international students with more complex admissions requirements.

Work with international applicants both inside and outside the U.S.
