  • Assist with planning and managing departmental events including graduation ceremonies and PhD recruiting activities.
  • Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, professional administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, knowledge of Student Information Systems and PeopleSoft, and strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education admissions, familiarity with SIS systems, and experience with distributed data systems and FileMaker software.
  • Anticipated salary range is $60,000 - $67,500, commensurate with education and experience.
