Respond to prospective student inquiries, provide admissions counseling, and assist with enrollment and registration.
Prepare application and student data for transfer between university IT systems and departmental databases, monitor application progress, and issue reminders.
Provide statistical admissions and enrollment reporting to department leadership and maintain reliable records for Graduate School and departmental use.
Assist with planning and managing departmental events including graduation ceremonies and PhD recruiting activities.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, professional administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office and Excel, knowledge of Student Information Systems and PeopleSoft, and strong multitasking and time management skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education admissions, familiarity with SIS systems, and experience with distributed data systems and FileMaker software.
Anticipated salary range is $60,000 - $67,500, commensurate with education and experience.
