Location Requirements: This position is Hybrid to the Naperville, Illinois office or Wayne, Pennsylvania (or remote)
Your role on the team:
As an Advisor, Analytics you’ll be supporting customers as a subject-matter expert (SME) in the successful use and application of Frontline solutions, primarily Location Analytics, a GIS-enabled analytics solution. As part of this support, you’ll establish and grow relationships, assist clients with product use, connect customers to the product’s output and value based on their needs, and support the overall education of the market through participating in webinars, industry conferences, and similar events. As part of Frontline’s Customer Success organization, Analytics Advisors also partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to support the success of the Frontline’s strategy and objectives.
You can expect to:
- Provide value-adding advisory service to customers to support their success with Frontline solutions. The advisory service model includes both in-person and remote engagements, with some being 1 to 1 with customers and some being 1 to many (webinar, workshops, etc.)
- Foster client engagement through webinars, email outreach, face-to-face visits, and additional methods.
- Support the onboarding of new customers including data acquisition and implementation, building reports and dashboards, and training users.
- Contribute to the attainment of retention objectives through delivery of advisory services that support excellent customer experiences and ultimately customer advocacy.
- Contribute to the attainment of revenue objectives by identifying and developing additional cross-product opportunities within existing customer base.
- Share the “customer voice” internally with stakeholders including other customers, sales, marketing, product, and software development teams.
- Monitor legislative environments, industry requirements and state and national trends. Externally, educate the market on how to use Frontline solutions to adapt to changes. Internally, advise stakeholders on changes and how to adapt to them.
- Support planning and delivery of value-add content for conferences, webinars, workshops, articles for strategic partners, and other customer events.
- Contribute to sales presentations, proposals, marketing plans and support materials needed.
- Use CRM and other applications to document and track customer interactions, services provided and issue resolution.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to others within Frontline as needed.
- Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Collaborate with the product development and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with maintaining knowledge base articles, user guides, and FAQs.
- Identify and recruit product advocates to support marketing efforts through white papers, testimonials, webinar co-presentations, and conference appearances.

- Proven ability to engage people effectively at all levels within client organizations.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and adapt as needed to achieve mutually beneficial objectives and goals.
- Ability to effectively record customer interactions, both face-to-face and through remote service and support.
- Experience with GIS and/or mapping software may be advantageous.
- Experience or knowledge in the K-12 educational market preferred.
This role requires:
- Bachelor’s Degree required: Education, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, GIS, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technology implementation, account management, or client support roles; or equivalent district experience.
- Demonstrated record of analytical skills, issue resolution, and effective communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in project or other process management.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time with periodic extended time away for conferences and company meetings.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
