Senior Client Operations Specialist

The Impact you Will Have:
The Senior Client Operations Specialist is responsible for managing post-sale client support to ensure clients receive maximum value from Crucial Learning training solutions. They will work closely with Client Advisors and their clients to complete higher level operational support and fulfillment, including returns/exchanges, manage private trainer certifications, complex contracting, etc. They will also provide administrative support to the sales teams by processing sales orders and managing client trainer certification events, along with other administrative activities as determined by the Manager of Client Operations. This role will also support all Fed/Gov clients.
Note: This role will support the Pacific time zone.
What You’ll Do:
Account Management
- Process and track sales orders.
- Complex contracting.
- Returns, exchanges, and credit/rebills.
- Support all Fed/Gov clients:
- Army Ignited Invoicing.
- Guide clients through the contracting process including creating quotes, confirming government contracts and PO’s as needed.
- Manage all Fed/Gov private events.
- Manage private trainer certifications.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Various standard and non-standard duties.
Client Support
- Ensure clients have an effortless experience with Crucial Learning by providing efficient, professional, and accurate resolutions to client concerns
- Assist Client Advisors with administrative functions in the CRM System (Salesforce.com) including but not limited to data entry, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and other assignments.
- Support/manage private trainer certification courses.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.
- Strong customer service experience with professional oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and excellent phone etiquette required.
- Experience using CRMs, Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a plus.
- The desire to perform at a high level with an emphasis on quality.
- Must be able to attend in-person company events at least once a year.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
