 Opportunity:
 As a Regulatory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the education sector. You will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and do data submissions to various third party and governing bodies.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Regulation Review:
 • Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory policies and standards to ensure organizational compliance.
 • Monitor changes in regulations, liaise with regulatory bodies to clarify and interpret regulatory guidelines and requirements.
 Data Analysis:
 • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to regulatory compliance and performance.
 • Provide actionable insights, trends, and patterns to support informed decision-making.
 • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for regulatory reporting.
 Reporting:
 • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on regulatory compliance and related performance metrics.
 • Design reports, prepare datasets and submit data to third party and governing bodies.
 • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to make complex data accessible and comprehensible to stakeholders.
 • Provide regular updates to management and relevant departments on compliance status and any regulatory changes.
 • Monitor and comply with changing regulations by updating data and reports.
 • Collaborate with reporting team and automate frequently needed regulatory reports using Cognos/PowerBI
 Stakeholder Collaboration:
 • Work closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
 • Provide support and collaborate with colleagues on the team on regulatory matters, reports and data analysis.
 Process Improvement:
 • Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory compliance processes for greater efficiency.
 • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance operations.
 • Project manage system upgrades and improvements based on regulatory changes and organizational needs.
 Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Law, or a related field.
 • Relevant certification or experience in regulatory compliance, data analysis, or reporting.
 • At least 4 years of experience in Federal/State Regulated environment
 • At least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting specific to the education industry.
 • Strong analytical and organization skills.
 • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
 • Proficiency in Access database development, SQL and Microsoft suit of products
 Salary 65-70k
