Highlights

Meet weekly with assigned student-athletes to offer academic coaching in study skills, time management, and eligibility monitoring.
Conduct individual and small group study sessions focusing on academic skills and executive-functioning coaching.
Compile reports on study hours, tutor schedules, academic performance, and progress.
Assist with New Student Orientation, Summer Programming, and event management such as Academic Banquet and Major Fair.
Recruit, interview, train, monitor, and evaluate tutors and study hall monitors.
Provide data management, process program evaluations, and ensure accurate communication with staff.
Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience; strong oral and written communication skills required.
Must be available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; effective collaboration with diverse students and staff expected.
Preferred experience includes working with undergraduates and interest in student-athletes’ academic progress and transition.
Position is temporary, full-time (40 hours/week), paying $18.00 per hour, with a possible start date as late as January 5, 2026.
