Highlights

Lead case management for the Student Care Team assessing and coordinating support for students exhibiting concerning behaviors.
Develop and implement long- and short-term nonclinical response plans addressing issues such as basic needs insecurity, mental health, student safety, and academic or personal crisis.
Serve as a liaison and advocate for students, faculty, staff, families, and community partners.
Participate as a member of the Critical Incident Response Team and support campus crisis and emergency response efforts.
Must have relevant post-baccalaureate degree with at least 3 years of related professional experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing a diverse caseload involving personal crises, trauma, and mental health issues with sensitivity.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws such as FERPA, Title IX, HIPAA, Clery, and VAWA applicable to higher education.
Preferred mastery in nonclinical case management software, especially Advocate by Symplicity.
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License or eligibility required.
Position designated as Campus Security Authority with reporting responsibilities under the Clery Act.
