  • Participate as a member of the Critical Incident Response Team and support campus crisis and emergency response efforts.
  • Must have relevant post-baccalaureate degree with at least 3 years of related professional experience or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing a diverse caseload involving personal crises, trauma, and mental health issues with sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws such as FERPA, Title IX, HIPAA, Clery, and VAWA applicable to higher education.
  • Preferred mastery in nonclinical case management software, especially Advocate by Symplicity.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License or eligibility required.
  • Position designated as Campus Security Authority with reporting responsibilities under the Clery Act.
