Assistant Director, Experiential Education Full Description

Position Summary: 
NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Experiential Learning. The Assistant Director will collaborate with leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate Experiential Learning initiatives across Stern with a particular focus on the operational delivery of experiential courses, events, and travel programs. The selected candidate will develop and track key metrics across all experiential courses, implement content for experiential learning programs ensuring effective communication and delivery, and partner with others to implement a series of initiatives relating to Stern’s goal of having deep connections with industry worldwide that yield a transformational educational experience for our students. 

Qualifications: 
The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience in an educational service business or a related industry that requires managing multiple tasks/projects, working with internal and external parties, and satisfying multiple high level constituencies or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent project management, data analysis and reporting networking, relationship management, verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and launch new educational initiatives, ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, and corporate and community leaders, knowledge of standard office software, and proven ability to cultivate relationships are also required. 

Additional Information: 
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $82,000.60. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
