Required qualifications include a master’s degree with four years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with six years of experience.
Preferred qualifications include HR degree, higher education experience, HRIS knowledge, strategic thinking skills, professional HR certification, and strong interpersonal communication.
Expected salary range is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
