Highlights

Develop and execute fundraising strategies focusing on leadership annual and major gifts.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward prospective donors, including alumni, faculty, staff, and library supporters.
Conduct at least 150 face-to-face donor visits annually, securing donations of $5,000 or more.
Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer and University Development Office on strategic plans and campaigns.
Manage a portfolio of donors and maintain long-term relationships.
Proficiency required in fundraising databases and standard office software, preferably CRM systems.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills necessary.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum qualifications include an earned terminal degree and a record of exceptional leadership and professional achievement.
Preferred experience in fundraising roles involving donor relations, gift planning, and university or research institution settings.
