Job Description  | Primary initiative is to oversee day to day operations in the ticket office. Provide customer service on various sports game days. Help increase ticket sales for all sports through various promotions.

Reports directly to the Director, Ticket Sales. Responsibilities include day to day operations in the ticket office, hiring andsupervising part-time and game day staff, developing andimplementing ticket promotions and assisting with other ticketrelated duties.
