GENERAL DESCRIPTION  | The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Center, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive work environment. This role involves managing Galvin Center accounts, optimizing the Center procedures, working with other administrative offices on campus (e.g., HR, International office, Admissions Office, Sponsored Research, Comptroller and Project Accounting), and supporting leadership and employees in responding to the campus/federal/state requirements for achieving the Center’s objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills.

Education & Experience  | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills  | Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in office management and administration. Experience in managing budgets and expenses, and financial planning. Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Knowledge of HR and international student admission policies. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a research facility.
