Highlights

Prepare, oversee, and implement the annual budget for Rutgers LG Cook 4-H Camp.

Coordinate expenditure disbursements with the SEBS Business Office and ensure compliance with procurement, payment, signatory, donor gift, and time management policies.

Ensure compliance with environmental protection and food safety requirements, working closely with camp personnel.

Maintain required documentation and reporting; oversee budget preparation and reports for review by advisory committees and university officials.

Provide fiscal compliance guidance to statewide 4-H programs and serve as liaison to the SEBS Business Office.

Assist with Employer Identification Number (EIN) reporting in coordination with the Rutgers Tax Director's Office.

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience plus a minimum of five years in administrative, financial, compliance, or operational roles within complex organizations.
