Highlights

  • Ensure compliance with environmental protection and food safety requirements, working closely with camp personnel.

  • Maintain required documentation and reporting; oversee budget preparation and reports for review by advisory committees and university officials.

  • Provide fiscal compliance guidance to statewide 4-H programs and serve as liaison to the SEBS Business Office.

  • Assist with Employer Identification Number (EIN) reporting in coordination with the Rutgers Tax Director's Office.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience plus a minimum of five years in administrative, financial, compliance, or operational roles within complex organizations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of university policies, federal, state, and local compliance regulations.

  • Valid driver’s license required; availability for seasonal camp hours including possible evenings and weekends.

  • Salary range from $82,166 to $125,837 with benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid leave.
