Posting Context Statement | The University of Idaho Foundation Alumni Relations team seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Assistant Director of Student & Young Alumni Engagement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Alumni Relations, this role strengthens the lifelong Vandal journey by creating meaningful connections between students, young alumni and the university community. Through leadership of signature traditions and programs like Homecoming, Parent & Family Weekend, Vandal Walk and Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) engagement, this position fosters pride, belonging and lasting alumni involvement. The Assistant Director will lead student-focused initiatives, supervise a team member and partner across campus to strengthen the Vandal community.
Position Overview | This position leads engagement initiatives across the student-to-alumni transition, with a focus on career connection, identity development and long-term community building. The Assistant Director works collaboratively with Alumni Relations colleagues, campus partners and other stakeholders to deliver a cohesive, coordinated and meaningful constituent experience.

Position Qualifications
