Working/Functional Title
Player Personnel Analyst
Position Summary
This individual will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Director of Player Personnel to build the football roster. They will oversee the identification and evaluation of process for high school aged prospective student-athletes.  This role is critical to helping the program build the best roster possible to consistently compete at the highest level in college football. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Utilize contracted recruiting services to identify high school aged prospective student-athletes
  • Acquire and input accurate data on prospective student-athletes into recruiting database
  • Scout high school aged prospective student-athletes for the assistant coaches to evaluate
  • Work effectively in a collaborative environment to ensure all necessary high school aged prospective student athletes are thoroughly researched and evaluated
  • Engage with recruits and their families during on-campus unofficial and official visits
  • Facilitate assistant coach’s road travel to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with the execution of summer camps
  • Complete all other assigned tasks by General Manager and Executive Director of Player Personnel

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in player evaluation in the sport of football at either the collegiate or professional level.
