We're seeking an Associate Assessment Content Project Manager to join our Higher Education team and help deliver engaging digital assessment experiences for learners.

How can you make an impact?

As an Associate Assessment Content Project Manager, you will manage the production of digital assessment content delivered through our award-winning Connect learning platform. You'll oversee projects with aggressive schedules that require detailed tracking, agility, and problem-solving to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality and accessibility standards.

In this critical role, you'll collaborate with internal partners across product development, portfolio, marketing, and sales, as well as external subject matter experts, authors, and global partners, to produce interactive and accessible learning assessments that enrich the student experience for all learners.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement course and program goals and objectives throughout product delivery.
  • Evaluate sample work during development and perform technical reviews for production compliance, including rights, permissions, and accessibility.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, maintain accurate data across systems, and provide clear reporting on project status.
  • Ensure products are delivered to market within scope, on time, and on budget while meeting established quality and accessibility requirements.
  • Develop documentation and provide training and technical support to authors, subject matter experts, and global partners, while contributing to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and pilots of new digital content-creation tools.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital content production.
  • Proven agility and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience providing training and technical support.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Strong technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to learn and use proprietary digital content tools. Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud is a plus.

The pay range for this position is between $54,500 - $60,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
