This role leads and develops staff within the Residence Life Leadership Team, provides direction for recruitment and training programs, supports the implementation of residential academic initiatives, and manages research and assessment efforts in collaboration with the Division of Student Affairs and Housing and Residence Life.

  • Master’s degree preferred; experience supervising graduate/professional staff and crisis management valued.
  • Experience with human resources, recruitment, ongoing staff development, and academic initiatives coordination preferred.
  • Employment is full-time, permanent, exempt, with a 40-hour work week and occasional evenings/weekends including year-round duty rotation.
  • Salary range: $75,000 - $80,494.
