This role leads and develops staff within the Residence Life Leadership Team, provides direction for recruitment and training programs, supports the implementation of residential academic initiatives, and manages research and assessment efforts in collaboration with the Division of Student Affairs and Housing and Residence Life.

Lead recruitment, selection, and training programs for Residence Life staff at all levels.

Serve on university and Division of Student Affairs committees as a departmental representative.
Manage research, reporting, and assessments related to Residence Life operations.
Requires bachelor’s degree (preferably in higher education, counseling, student personnel, or related field) and at least 5 years of progressive professional experience in campus housing or student affairs.
Master’s degree preferred; experience supervising graduate/professional staff and crisis management valued.
Experience with human resources, recruitment, ongoing staff development, and academic initiatives coordination preferred.
Employment is full-time, permanent, exempt, with a 40-hour work week and occasional evenings/weekends including year-round duty rotation.
Salary range: $75,000 - $80,494.
