Associate Director, Game Design Future Lab Full Description

Position Summary: 
The Associate Director (AD) leads the NYC Game Design Future Lab’s strategic planning, program development, and implementation. The AD will play a leading role in recruiting, interviewing, and engaging selected program participants. In addition to developing and executing the GDFL, the AD is responsible for the systems and processes related to participants’ applications, interviews, and onboarding. The AD will oversee the GDFL programs and events, coordination with New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYC EDC), working group programs, and other visibility-related events and follow up recruitment outreach. This is a 1 year fixed term position. Qualifications: 
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree In a related area

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Required Experience:
5+ years business/partnership development and/or working in higher education or marketing/media industry, managing budgets and supervision experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of customer service. Member CRM experience, database management experience, and member management. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs/calendar, Slack, graphics programs, video distribution platform a plus Additional Information: 
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00 to USD $115,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
