The University of Florida Levin College of Law is hiring an Associate Director, Graduate Tax Programs. This role manages admissions and enrollment processes for non-J.D. programs, provides strategic leadership to support recruitment and student engagement, and oversees policy development and data analysis to enhance program success.
Highlights
Manage application, admission, and enrollment processes for LL.M., S.J.D., and other non-J.D. programs.
Coordinate student-focused academic and community-building events to support recruitment, retention, and student success.
Provide advising and support for prospective and current non-J.D. students.
Lead policy development, assessment, and continuous improvement of recruitment and admissions processes.
Use software such as Unite Education, PeopleSoft, Excel, and develop data analysis tools to support enrollment management.
Supervise assigned staff, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Required qualifications include a master’s degree with four years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience with law school admissions software, a J.D. degree, proficiency in foreign languages, and understanding of international student markets.
Expected maximum salary is $95,000, commensurate with experience.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Associate Dean, Associate Dean, Director of Graduate Tax Program, and university stakeholders.
