Requires a Master’s degree, five years of advising experience, program development, and supervisory experience.
Experience advising first-year, exploratory/undecided, and transfer students; familiarity with assessment and Gallup StrengthsFinder preferred.
Anticipated salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
Position reports to the Director of University Advising and Exploratory Studies within the Division of Academic & Student Affairs.
