  • Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database and statistical software, social networking applications, and relevant University, State, and Federal systems.
  • Salary range: $94,492 to $144,715 annually, with flexible and competitive compensation packages.
  • Work schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, potential hybrid work arrangement under current Rutgers policy.
