Job Summary
Are you passionate about shaping the future of business education? Join us at the Daniels School of Business as the Associate Director of Recruitment! In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind attracting and yielding top students to our prestigious residential graduate programs.

As a subject matter expert, you'll develop and implement innovative strategies to engage prospective students through dynamic recruiting activities. You'll guide them through the application process, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Your efforts will directly impact our enrollment targets, making you an integral part of our success.
You'll manage recruitment data using cutting-edge CRM systems (Slate and Salesforce) and collaborate with Admissions, Program Management, Business Career Services, Student Services, and Academic Directors. Your contributions will help maximize yield and create a seamless experience for our future business leaders.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified candidates will need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business/management, communications, or related field
  • Six years of experience in student recruiting, higher education marketing, sales, alumni relations, student services, or academic advising
 
Skills Needed:
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of managing complex processes and interacting positively with a diverse population, including current students, prospective students, and alumni
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently
  • Proficient in managing and promoting the image of the Daniels Graduate programs using a full range of marketing, promotional, and recruiting techniques (both face-to-face and virtual)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of graduate business education markets and environments
  • Ability to organize and navigate logistical and operational challenges
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, flexible, with a good sense of humor and the ability to sell the programs
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office products, CRM, and Admissions Management Systems
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and overnight travel (up to 40% travel from mid-August through mid-February)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required
 
Preferred: 
  • Master’s degree preferred
