At Uncommon Schools, youâll help ensure staff and leaders receive thoughtful, responsive support across Employee Relations and Talent Strategy processes. In this role, youâll work closely with teams across the organization to manage employee relations workflows, support day to day operations, and help maintain clear, accessible resources for staff and managers. Youâll play an important role in helping systems run smoothly, supporting staff experiences, and ensuring leaders have the information and tools they need to effectively support their teams. This role partners closely with the Talent Strategy and Employee Relations teams and supports staff across the organization.

Compensation:The full compensation range for this role is $63,500-$74,700. Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $67,200. Starting compensation below this reflects candidates with less experience or qualifications. Offers near the top end of the range are reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the qualifications, bringing extensive experience and specialized expertise beyond what is listed. Compensation determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Additionally, because we value internal growth and tenure, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
Work Environment:
This role is based at Uncommon Schoolsâ Home Office located at 100 Church St, New York, NY. Team members are expected to work in person at least 3 days per week. Minimal local travel may occasionally be required.
