What You’ll Do

Enablement & Learning Experience Design

  • Support the development of clear, engaging enablement materials for revenue teams and event programs—including guides, scripts, walkthroughs, and playbooks.

  • Help convert complex event information into digestible learning resources.

  • Build participant materials, visuals, and instructional assets (workshops, templates, worksheets).

  • Maintain and improve internal documentation, FAQs, and resource libraries across INBOUND, GROW, and Academy Labs.

  • Support the creation of structured learning experiences that help HubSpotters confidently engage prospects and customers.

Marketing Analytics & Insights
  • Assist in gathering and cleaning engagement data across our event ecosystem.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand attendee behavior, content performance, and enablement adoption.
  • Surface early insights related to session performance, learning outcomes, Lab engagement, and customer value.
  • Support pre-, during-, and post-event analytics to help improve future enablement strategies.

Digital Media & Content Production
  • Support the production of short-form videos, screen recordings, demos, and walkthroughs used across enablement and event education.
  • Edit visuals, diagrams, and multimedia assets to support clear and compelling learning experiences.
  • Assist in capturing live and pre-recorded content before, during, and after INBOUND, GROW, and Academy Labs.
  • Apply visual storytelling to improve clarity, accessibility, and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Revenue Enablement, Academy, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Global Events teams to validate content.
  • Participate in working sessions, contribute ideas, and help streamline content workflows.
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly to support project velocity.
