IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 15 million students worldwide, is seeking a passionate educator to join our team as an Associate Language Arts Curriculum Designer and help shape our exceptional K–5 language arts content.

As an Associate Language Arts Curriculum Designer for the IXL Print & Instruction team, you’ll design engaging worksheets for K-5 language arts and assist with the development of a series of K-5 multi-subject workbooks. In this role, you will design the scope & sequence and coordinate the content creation of the workbooks. Your strong writing skills, educational insight, and commitment to quality will make personalized learning a reality for millions of students.#LI-KH1

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule in our Raleigh, NC office. #li-hybrid

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Design engaging, high-quality language arts worksheets for K–5 language arts for Education.com
Design the overall scope & sequence for multi-subject IXL workbooks
Create page-by-page workbook outlines, including ideas for fun activities and bonus content
Collaborate with writers, editors, and graphic designers to produce these print materials

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
Experience with elementary and/or middle school language arts instruction or curriculum development
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to be efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Interest or experience in graphic design is a plus
