This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an Associate Learning Experience, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Learning Technology Enablement team, reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support projects including learning programs for our corporate and Hotel Team Members.

What you'll do during a typical day:
LMS Program Build & Configuration
  • Build and configure learning programs in the LMS, including course setup, enrollment rules, completion requirements, and learner workflows.
  • Lead the full program build process from intake through launch, ensuring you and meet quality standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, test configurations, and support successful program launches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and increase LMS efficiency through new features and process improvements.

Program Maintenance & Support
  • Maintain active learning programs by managing content updates, curriculum changes, version control, and re-enrollment needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for LMS support cases submitted through ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues, learner escalations, and program-related questions within established SLAs.
  • Track and document support cases, resolutions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partner with HR Technology and other teams to resolve technical issues and improve LMS processes.

Reporting System Management
:
  • Ensure the systematic organization, accuracy, and accessibility of all reports for key program stakeholders.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Team Engagement: Partner with the learning analytics team to delve into educational data, discern patterns, and offer insights that enhance learning achievements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the HR Technology Team to build hybrid learning programs.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • Documentation and Training: Spearhead the development of comprehensive support materials and training modules for the effective use of our learning technology systems and Learning Management System.
  • LMS Enhancement: Evaluate new features within the LMS and strategize their implementation to maximize benefits for our team members.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of professional experience
  • One (1) year of experience using learning technologies

It would be useful if you have:
  • Familiarity with working in a global, matrix organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder support skills.
  • Two or more years of experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Cornerstone SBX or SuccessFactors Learning.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $50,000 – $75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
