As an associate manager of instructional design, you will lead a talented team of Learning Media Designers. In this role, you will oversee a team that focuses on the creation of high-quality deliverables supporting the Claims Organization, including internal branding, logos, graphics, and visual treatments for communication and training initiatives.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. If you are interested, you’ll also have the option to work a hybrid or full-time office schedule depending on your location.
Additional responsibilities
• Manage a team of Learning Media Designers to ensure the successful delivery of media design services.
• Provide ongoing performance management, including setting clear expectations, delivering constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Participate in multiple training projects and work requests, adhering to established project standards and utilizing industry-aligned tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet communication and training needs effectively.
Must-have qualifications
• A minimum of 6 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.

• Leadership experience
• Experience with Media Design tools (ex: Adobe XD/Illustrator/Photoshop, Figma)
Compensation
• $85,000 - $105,600
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
