Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Learning to create modern, brand-aligned learning experiences that empower our Restaurant Team Members.  In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify performance gaps, and develop training solutions that boost confidence and consistency across our restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with global markets and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Translate business goals into clear, adult-learning-focused objectives.
  • Design mobile-friendly, engaging learning experiences that support busy workflows.
  • Create brand-aligned training assets, including eLearning, video, and interactive content.
  • Ensure learning aligns with global brand standards for consistent execution.
  • Utilize L&D tools for content creation and enhancement.
  • Analyze performance data and learner feedback to refine training solutions.
  • Recommend innovative, tech-forward approaches, including gamification.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across Pizza Hut globally.
  • Manage multiple projects, maintaining strong communication and organization.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as an Instructional or Curriculum Designer, preferably in the restaurant/retail or franchise industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new authoring tools and technologies.
  • Experience in developing blended learning programs and eLearning content.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in designing high-impact learning experiences.
  • Interest in learning technology, gamification, and innovative instructional methods.
  • Advanced degree in adult education or instructional technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LCMS platforms is an asset.
  • Strong project management experience is advantageous.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $114,030 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
