Proficient in research, verbal and written communication, and computer skills; knowledge of AutoCAD, EMSI, ArcGIS/ArcMAP, and ESRI preferred
Preferred experience with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Economic Development Administration (EDA) funded projects
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification preferred
Salary range: $46,500-$55,000 annually
