The role involves collaborating with Product leadership, Engineering, and Design to create high-quality product experiences, leveraging AI tools to enhance product development and customer workflows, and using data-driven methods to improve product metrics and adoption.
Highlights
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver impactful product features for childcare management including billing, staffing, enrollment, and classroom operations.
Translate product strategies into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Use AI tools for accelerated product development, prototyping, and documentation.
Support development, iteration, and user experience improvement of AI-powered features.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog balancing features, bugs, and technical debt.
Define and analyze product metrics to guide decision-making and validate features through data and user feedback.
Coordinate agile ceremonies representing the customer's voice and communicate updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
3+ years experience delivering SaaS or consumer software products and 2+ years working in agile/scrum environments.
Experience with AI tools in product development; strong interest in AI/ML improvements.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in edtech, early childhood education, payments, or operational SaaS workflows a plus.
