Description

Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to one of our offices: Austin, Malvern, Naperville. 

Your role on the team:

The Associate Professional Services Consultant reports directly to the Team Lead in the Client Services Organization.  The Associate Professional Services Consultant will gain experience implementing solutions & solving complex problems for clients. The Associate PSC is responsible for achieving a high satisfaction rating from clients by having a successful implementation of software solutions. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast growth organization.   

You can expect to: 

  • Develop & maintain understanding of 1 product solution from end-user perspective & implementation perspective  
  • Shadow various types of implementations and participate in end-to-end implementation including requirements, configuration, and train the trainer 
  • Lead, own and manage client implementations and lead requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, testing, and training 
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data 
  • Utilize standard templates, processes and plans to apply to client projects 
  • Understand & adopt implementation process including use of PSA & Project Management Tools; correctly input key data points and client status into PSA. 
  • Gain K12 industry experience as it pertains to Frontline Education & our software solutions 
  • Understand and learn to use importing & exporting tools (as applicable) 
  • Successfully manage & implement an end-to-end implementation including requirements, configuration, and train the trainer 
  • Understand client expectations and client requirements when the project begins.  
  • Participate in internal initiatives to build efficiencies, team knowledge, and increase customer satisfaction.  
  • Keep the project in scope and on time.  
  • Maintain an average billable UTE target of 70% 

What you bring to the role (nice-to-haves):

  • Understanding of the public education market  
  • Dedicated to meeting client expectations, acts with the client in mind, maintains effective client relationships.  
  • Understanding of common industry standard business practices related to Solution & Integrated 3rd Parties. 
  • Team player, but exceptional at working independently.  
  • Project Management experience (a plus!).  
  • Effective Communicator - both verbally and written - to peers, leadership and business partners including strong questioning and listening skills and ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts.  
  • Builds working relationships internally with clients; meets clients needs in a professional, helpful and responsive manner. Seeks clear understanding of client needs. 
  • Assumes personal responsibility and follows up on commitments. Participates willingly and has an eagerness to learn. Supports decisions and is a good team player. Keeps others informed about their work.  

This role requires (must-haves):  

  • 1+ years of professional experience  
  • Analytical skills, data management and reporting capabilities.  
  • Understanding of common industry standard business practices related to Solution & Integrated 3rd Parties.
