| Scope of Job | Oversees all facets of Human Resources for the Division of Health Affairs (DOHA) by leading independently various HR-related matters for both Executive, Faculty, Physician and Staff, including recruitment, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, progressive discipline, training, strategic planning, and organizational development. |

| Supervision Given | Direct supervision of recruitment and HR teams. |
| Required Education | Master’s degree from an accredited university in related field. |

| Required Experience | Six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in HR at an academic medical center/School of Medicine and/or a healthcare setting, including supervisory experience. |

| Working Conditions | Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. Work is performed primarily in a general office environment. Some travel and weekend work is required.
