  • Drive ERP transformation initiatives ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a customer-centric environment for internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative strategies aligning financial reporting with university goals.
  • Master's degree with 2 years relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 4 years relevant experience required.
  • Preferred CPA certification or willingness to obtain within two years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Workday Financial systems, government or higher education accounting, and financial statement consolidation.
